Return & Exchange Policy
Quick Policy Summary
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All approved returns are issued as store credit, and size exchanges are available for a $10 shipping fee if inventory allows. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.
Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. This gives you adequate time to try on your items while allowing us to operate responsibly as a drop-based brand.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration are not eligible.
Refunds & Store Credit
Due to the nature of our drop-based model, we do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on cowbud.com.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange as long as the requested size is still in stock. All exchanges are subject to a $10 exchange fee, which helps cover shipping both ways.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email brayden@cowbud.com with your order number and request details. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Please email brayden@cowbud.com with photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest.
