Quick Shipping Summary
Once orders are processed, shipping is 3–7 business days, with delivery times varying based on location and carrier. International customers are responsible for any duties or import fees. Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.

Order shipping timeline is roughly within 3–7 business days. Please note that holidays, carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control may cause shipping times to vary.
Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is dependent on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
International Orders & Duties
We proudly ship internationally. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country, which are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once marked shipped.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at brayden@cowbud.com. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows an issue or a package marked as delivered is missing, please contact us within 48 hours. While Cowbud is not liable for carrier-related errors, we will do everything we reasonably can to assist and help resolve the situation.
